In this study, we have tried to assess operational risk management in Islamic banks, which is based on analysis of the financial statements of Al Salam Bank Algeria during the period 2015-2017, so that Islamic banks face two kinds of risks, in addition to the operational risks it shares with ordinary banks, are also facing a unique risk of being compliant and adhering to the requirements of Islamic Sharia, operating risk management is a fundamental and necessary process for both Islamic banks and ordinary banks, through the procedures, policies and instructions of employees, the need for appropriate tools for early detection of risks.
