Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to build a scale of the obstacles to privatization in Iraqi sports clubs from their Administrations point of view And to identify the obstacles that prevent the transition to privatization from the point of view of their administrative bodies The descriptive method was used and the study sample consisted of (222) members of randomly chosen sports clubs.

The questionnaire was used as a means of data collection, and in the statistical analysis the weighted average and percentage were used , The main conclusions, and in the statistical analysis the weighted average and percentage were used.

The main conclusions were the lack of technical capacity for the privatization of sports clubs And the weakness of human resources qualified to implement privatization and the absence of legislation and administrative regulations Lack of financial resources and refusal of club workers to work within the private sector.
