The international system has known in the recent years various terrorist threats that differ from the phenomenon of traditional terrorism in terms of concept .

As the world has come face to face with the phenomenon of biological terrorism based on the use of viruses, germs and other microorganisms.

In which, this new type of terrorism carries a grave danger, so it causes harms to humans, animals, and plants.

The Corona pandemic, which invaded almost every country in the world, leaving many deaths and injuries in addition to material losses, is considered as one of biological terrorism’s forms.

Therefore, it will overthrow the balances in the world, especially with the numerous analyzes and mutual accusations between the top leaders of the world, as well as the contradictions about this virus.

Therefore, the pandemic of the newly Coronavirus will have repercussions on the international relations, and this foreshadows of important changes to the international system after recovering from this pandemic.
