The endowment sector is one of the most important means of financing development projects because it is based on Sustainability and sustainability, with the financial resources that help to achieve public benefits, including the promotion of a wide network of institutions in several vital areas, such as education, health culture, environment, scientific research ...

The importance of this study in analyzing the role of the Islamic Waqf as a driving mechanism for the national economy of Islamic countries in its present and future helps to propose new methods to organize the Waqf resources sector and improve the modes of investment of its funds in order to activate its role in achieving the overall development goals of countries in particular their economic and social dimensions.

Here we can draw the complementary relationship between endowment funding and sustainable development, The Islamic endowment can solve many social problems.

As for the economic role, it contributes to the productive process by alleviating the budget deficit of countries and providing sources of financing that will stimulate internal trade.
