Since the judiciary is one of the manifestations of state sovereignty, so there must be a new mechanism new mechanism to implement a judicial system based on the basis, rules, legislation and judicial judgments in the era of information and digital technology, so it has become imperative for us to get into the world of electronic judiciary (e-Litigation).

Litigation is an information system in which all litigation procedures are applied through the electronic court, which is defined as a bifurcation technical space that allows the electronic proceedings to be processed through an electronic court website.

Through e-litigation, which is a technical and information organization, the litigants can register their lawsuit, present their evidence and attend trial sessions in order to reach the verdict and implement it through electronic means of communication, which is part of the information system that enables judges to contact the litigants without their personal presence and initiate litigation through this system.
