أثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على مبادئ الدولة المدنية في تنمية المسؤولية المجتمعية لدى معلمي الدراسات الاجتماعية في الأردن

Abstract EN

The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a proposed training program based on the principles of the civil state in the development of social responsibility among a sample of social studies teachers in Jordan.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study and to verify its hypotheses, a scale of social responsibility was prepared which consists of (42) indicators, which applied on the sample of the study consisted of (42) teachers in the Directorate of Education of Qasabet Amman in the academic year 2017/2018.

The sample was divided into two groups: a control group consisted of (21) teachers, and the experimental group (21) teachers were exposed to the proposed program.

The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the social responsibility development of social studies teachers due to the training program.

Based on the results reached, the researcher recommended the need to give the civil state more attention by officials in the field of education and the need to instill its principles among young people as a program of work and life, and an integrated ethical system to build the values of good citizenship and true belonging to the home.
