The study aims at identifying the field difficulties of professors in the achievement of social and human research.

Scientific research has become a fundamental pillar in the policies of developed countries; it has become a prominent place in which the scientific progress of these countries is measured.

Academic institutions are the main centers of this activity.

Scientific and biological activities, which have a fundamental function in the promotion of scientific research and revitalization and stimulate the scientific incentives of the researcher and the student so that he can carry out this noble task to the fullest.

No one denies that there is a difference in scientific research in experimental sciences in the human and social sciences, which resulted in difficulties and obstacles facing the scientific researcher in the field of human and social sciences.

The achievement of human and social research is the organized scientific method used to study social reality or social phenomena and try to identify the root causes of the occurrence of the phenomenon in order to reach new facts that can be used scientifically and practically.

If the results of social research contribute to the study and address problems of social reality, the purpose of this aarticle is to extrapolate the reality of social research in Algeria between theory and practice.
