corruption is no longer a national matter but a transnational one because it affects third world societies and economies and spoil the right of development .Corrupted government is an obstacle to fully enjoy human rights because of mismanagement of financial capabilities and natural ressoursses.

Fighting corruption is the responsibility of the states especially the richest one because they own technical and material means in addition their banks and stock markets profit fully of corrupted capitals.

So we believe that the united nations convention to fight corruption is not sufficient .

It must be supported with other instruments that criminalize corruption as a cross-border crime or an international crime for instance a war crime or a crime against humanity under the jurisdiction of the international criminal court.
