This reasearch aims at knowing the effect of workers,psychologicol saide,in keeping the principales of proffessional security.In order to realize the aim of this study.Researches relied on analytic,descriptive methode of selecting andgathering data related to the same study.

More over , the reasearch comnunity includes employées of industrial and michanical factory situated in « Oued Rhiew ».

Member ship 214 person andin order to select a relevant group of the study , we have chosen a random number about 93 employeé.As a result the majority of employées were against using tools for thier individual professional prevention about 40,9℅ as a registered rate (Negative direction).And 38,7℅ of isolated direction (isolated opinion).Were as only 20,4℅ as registered rate of positive direction of employées who a gree with keeping condions of proffessional prevention
