Abstract EN

The main objective of this Study Was to identify the effect of age, gender, level of educational, monthly income of the family and satisfaction with the treatment of family, school and other Variables on the academic achievement of a sample of high School Students in Sana'a- the capital.

In order to achieve the objectives of the Study and answer its questions, the quasiexperimental method was used to Suit the nature of the study.

A questionnaire was designed to collect data and information about the independent variables.

The Sample of the study consisted of (1081)male and female Students represents(7 %) of the original community distributed among the adult School sample.(26) Secondary School (boys-girls) represents (40 %) of the original community of the schools, the sample of students and schools were selected randomly simple Multistag.

The collection of data related to the dependent variable(academic achievement wounds) was relied on the official statements of the results of the examination of the secondary school certificate for the academic year (2015/2016)after the official announcement.

The results showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the means of educational attainment according to the following variables: Gender in favor of lowest age ,and the level of academic ambition in favor of the highest aspirant , and the level of satisfaction with the treatment of the family in favor of fully satisfied and somewhat satisfied on Consecutive fable is totally dissatisfied The difference between moderately satisfied and fully satisfied was not significant .The results also showed that there are not significant differences at the level (o.o5) between the means of collecting the dissatisfied at all with the treatment of the school on the one hand and between the satisfied to some extent and completely satisfied for the benefit of the last, respectively, did not rise the difference between the average collection of satisfied to the extent and completely satisfied to the level Moral The results showed that significance.

there statistically significant differences at (0.05) level achievement averages according to the monthly income variable of the first and second category on the on hand the rest of the higher income groups on the other hand in favor of the more income groups the differences between the average Achievement of the first and second categories in the ladder categories as well as the categories from the second to the last category did not rise to the level of moral significance , although the differences in achievement were in favor of the higher income groups except for the last highest income group where the average receive this category less than the collection of the previous two categories.

There were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the average of achievement according to the cultural level variable in favor of those who have a library and a computer .

The results showed that there is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the average achievement of those who receive help from their families in reviewing the lessons and those who do not receive assistance.

The differences between the average achievement of the sample members according to the variables : relationship with colleagues, Private lessons, the statues of student enrollment did not give up to the level of statistical significance at the level of significance .in light of the results, the ) (0.05 researcher reached a number of conclusions and recommendations.
