Abstract EN

This study aimed at examining the relationship between the technological capabilities elements (technological tools and information systems) and human resources performance, as well as exploring the impact of these elements on the human resources performance.

The study used the analytical descriptive method; while the data was collected through a questionnaire based on previous studies.

The sample of the study consisted of (108) staff of the human resources departments in Sudanese banks.

The most important findings of the study include: the existence of a positive relationship between both the technological capabilities and tools and human resource performance.

Also, the existence of a positive relationship between information systems and human resources performance in Sudanese banks.

The study most important recommendations include the provision of technological capabilities, as well as working continuously to make these variables more interacting to improve performance level.

In addition, the training programs on the effective methods should be designed for different levels to deal with the information technology in order to improve the performance level.
