Abstract EN

A panel of contemporary researchers has argued over the issue of the adoption of the genetic fingerprint as a conclusive evidence to establish or deny the descent, as a team of contemporary researchers believes that the fingerprint may replace the curse, and exclude the use of evidence to prove other lineage (such as bedding, approval, evidence, judgment ).

This problem came to answer several questions, including: is it permissible and legal to replace the DNA instead of the descent denial? Does the percentage of the genetic fingerprint disappear without tenderness as long as the results represent 99.9% and closer to certainty than to doubt? Alternatively, is it necessary to shine in all cases? The purpose of this study is to discuss the problematic use of DNA in the field of genealogy and the nature of its relation to the disease.

The approach of this study is inductive - comparative analysis - through reference to the sources of jurisprudence and modern scientific studies and to the provisions of contemporary jurisprudence.
