The study aimed to identify' the obstacles of employing electronic Arabic language curricula for the elementary', intermediate and secondary stages in die public schools in Al-Jahra Province in die State of Kuwait from the point of view of die Arabic language teachers .
To achieve die objectives of die study, a questionnaire was designed illustrating die obstacles in diree areas related to: school administration, the teacher, and die students.
Individual semi-structured interviews were also used with a number of Arabic language teachers from die diree educational stages to identify these obstacles and dieir impact on employing die electronic curricula within die classroom, the stud also attempted to determine whether some independent variables (gender, educational stage) contribute in statistically significant differences at die level of (Q = 0.05) between the average score of die teachers of the Arabic language.
The study population included all female and male Arabic language teachers (n=9S3) in Al-Jahra govemorate for die academic year 2016/2017 .
A representative sample of 327 teachers was selected to apply the study tools, conduct the appropriate statistical analyses, and present die results and discuss diem according to die study questions.
The results showed that die obstacles in die field of school administration had die highest averages, followed by die obstacles associated with the field of teacher, and then obstacles associated with the field of students.
The results did not indicate a statistically significant effect on gender and educational stage.
The study concluded with a number of recommendations.
