Abstract EN

Discourse is considered one of the terms that received high interest by the ancients for many centuries.

Their views about it were different according to sciences and arts from which that view was formed, such as explanation and its bases, religious sciences and their branches, as well as literature and its techniques.

Also, discourse has a clear presence in the contemporary and recent critical effort, whether Arabic or western.

The view about it became different, perhaps because of an influence from the intellectual references from which that view was formed, such as lingual, semiotical, social, communicative, … etc.

This study deals with concept of discourse which it is present in the literary of jurisprudence principles.

Scientifically, it supports the literary of recent criticism in a genuine way.

It starts from this concept in order to observe its influence when we want to perceive the meanings in the Book of Allah.
