The protection of foreign investment in the host countries depends on several guarantees given by those countries to the foreign investor so that he will feel confidence and reassurance to implement his investment project comfortably.

The warranty contract is one of those important mechanisms that protect the investor from non-commercial risks that may face his investment in host countries; also the contract confirms that the investor will get compensation if he face any damage from those risks.

This guarantees may build several conventions such as : International Investment Guarantee Convention and others, in order to encourage citizen increase the volume of investment and encourage him to open new markets for his products in other countries.
