Abstract EN

Allah created man in this world and put the reasons for living in it, and subjected the universe to him in full, to keep pace with his daily life; God Almighty did not let man to do what he wants in the world without legislation, but put him through Islamic jurisprudence, order, prohibition and guidance.

The importance of this study is to indicate the nature of environmental awareness in Islamic jurisprudence, to highlight the divine instructions and the Islamic guidance on the environment and to avoid misuse of the environment and disturb its balance, which threatens the life of mankind and impedes the march of life in opposite to what Allah, the Almighty has ordered.
