Abstract EN

This article deals the issue of legal protection of the right to vote in Algerian law, whether in the Constitution of 1996 and its amendments or in the electoral law of 2012.

The article also addresses the reality of the practice of voting through the presentation of some electoral processes that have taken place in the country since the adoption of political pluralism, and also the assessment of the integrity of elections and the extent of its success in the expression of the will of the Algerian people.
