Is stress or psychological phenomenon from which no individual, no community, no people in varying degrees and therefore the secondary students are one of the groups in society who may be exposed to many of the psychological pressures of many kinds, including psychological, financial and family, school and personal life.
the secondary is an important phase and milestone in the lives of students as they study phase corresponding to adolescence, this stage of critical stages of growth and they stage the student determines which path his life which will start later, it becomes important to have key individuals among students, including educational workers are fully aware of the level of psychological stress among students in order to prevent and reduce repeat the dramatic events.
, the current study aimed to see the consistency between estimates of students to sources of stress and educational workers, estimates and list used to psychological pressure after its extracted properties psychometric , applied on the sample consisted of (250) students including (110) males and (140) female, (78) as a guide and mentor secondary school in wasit /center for academic year 2015-2016 , the study found multiple results notably the prevalence of stress among students with a high level, and lack of consistency between estimates of students sources of stress and educational workers, estimates in the light of the findings put the researcher some recommendations and proposals.
