The resignation is a case of termination of the employment relationship, and the right of the worker to express his desire for public order, if some comparative labor legislation has stated that the resignation is only in the indefinite contracts, the Algerian legislator did not mention this.
There is nothing to prevent a worker from exercising his right in fixed-term contracts.
The worker's right to resign was never returned: rather, the legislator restricted him to two conditions: the writing requirement and the requirement of prior notice.
Law No.
90.11 on labor relations was not subject to any substantive requirement.
The worker should also fulfill his / In this context, we believe that Algerian legislators should follow the example of comparative legislation by explicitly stating this within the provisions of the draft labor law.
