One of the main human rights is the right of fresh air and clean drinking water and clean environment that right was neglecting for a long time because man hadn’t exploit nature aggressively, so Constitution didn’t mention it.

But rapid scientific and technological developments led to more nature exploitation by mankind, this exploitation and carelessness attitude imbalance nature, and led to grow of what we called (environmental human rights).

This environmental human rights is new-developed field, most Constitutions didn’t referred to it till the first Stockholm Conference held by United Nations on environment 1972.

We can define environmental human rights as the rights which enable human to live and works in healthy environment and in compatible with its resources by maintain its variability so to satisfy human needs codified by law and international treaties like the need for quietness which obliged state to forbid any harm may hit it.
