The research aims at presenting the UAE experience in family business governance as it is one of the most important factors for successful transmission between generations and ensuring the stability of the UAE economy.The research reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the UAE's adoption of the principles of governance in several aspects: the economic aspect And the legal aspect of seeking mechanisms and legislation that would enable family businesses to find solutions to the challenges they face, particularly sustainability and intergenerational transition by working on the preparation of principles of governance, evidence and the guiding charter of family business governance.

Finally, the research recommended the need to preserve the third generation on the company's reach thanks to the efforts of the founders, and work to find solutions and measures to meet the challenges and potential risks
