The objective of the study was to investigate the effect of organizational culture on the managerial creativity of the management staff of the National Pipe Manufacturing Corporation.
In order to measure this effect, a questionnaire consisting of 67 administrative staff of 98 employees was designed as a sample size.
), And the absence of a statistically significant impact on the component (organizational structures) within the components of the organizational culture.
The study recommended valuing the previous experiences of the institution to benefit from them in the future, and allowed the freedom of expression of ideas and opinions about work for all employees.
