Abstract EN

This research paper sheds light on various advantages and warranties which were approved by the Algerian legislation which organizes investment, and especially, foreign direct investments for the benefit of investors.

Beginning in the early nineties of the twentieth century and since its issuance, the legislative decree N° 93-12 has been considered an explicit declaration of the Algerian openness on the foreign direct investments.

The latter came after a period of closure which had lasted for three decades in the history of the independent Algeria.
