Abstract EN

The legal position of the clearer person in the comercial firms is determined through the role done by the him when starting his tasks as a legal deputy for the firm (under clearing) not as a deputy for the parteners and he is a deputy for the morale person.

The firm is obliged to do all his manners and works done by him since they are within his authorizations and doing the legal measures to fulfill the full rights of the others and requesting the partners to submit what left from shares, to pay the debts incurred on the firm, having the right to sell the trabsferrable and real estate property of the firm in any way they agree on and doing the judicial procedures concerning the firm property and its interests.

Then, any lawyer, expert or any other person is appointed to help him to achieve his duties for clearing the firm by inviting the indebtors and debtors into general meetings in order to find out their requirements and discussing their suggestions.
