English Abstract

A stand on what Tourism investments, an urgent need for every researcher interested in sustainable development to determine the area within the tourism sector, which has become one of the priorities in development programmes not only in developed but also in developing countries.

And Algeria is one of the developing countries, which Taftnt of the importance of tourism investments Voltha important in their development programs dedicated her considerable credits to make them contribute to sustainable development, epitomized by planning for a national strategy in line with the requirements of high-end international tourism industry In spite of all this, however, Algeria's share of the global tourism investment is still weak when compared to the possibilities and energies, so it must be the need to strengthen the tourism sector.
