the news are picked up about problematic Public money zakat between scientists and the disagreement between them on the conditions that must be on the money recommender especially property requirement money, but extrapolating most of what came from followers and latecomers of words concerning issues approach to problematic zakat Public money.

We find that the origine of Zakat is firstly a financial worship and secondly to ensure the eight categories.

If We dropped this problem on the Algerian social reality, it imposes and with inevitability the increased expenditures for social balance rather than economic balance.

There can’t be a state exchange and gold reserves with an acute social crisis such as poverty and unemployment crisis and housing.

So the necessity become urgent to revive this ritual absent in Muslim countries, which is Public money zakat or zakat ore.

In this simple paper we try first to indicate the scientists’ differences regarding property condition, then we control any Public money zakat is due, to draw wisdom from the necessity of Zakat.

Secondly, we will try to overthrow the Algerian social necessity of Zakat on public money to adjust the general budget of the state in all its aspects.
