The research briefly discusses the definition of the public interest and some of the variables, and obstacles that can be estimated and measured.

In addition, this research highlights five types of administrative mindsets of managers and the requirements of public interest in each.

It also addressed a project of management thought that stimulates the public interest and philanthropy as a basic requirement for the quality of work on the welfare of the public interest and the importance of a common culture of public benefit between the citizen and the official in the society.
