The present study deals with the American-Panamian relations 1904-1939.
After Panama announced its independence from Colombia at the end of 1903, it started new age of relationships with the United States.
These relationships were distinguished of the American interference in the interior affairs of Panama.
The most prominent of these affairs is the construction of the Panama canal that connects the Pacific and the Atlantic oceans.
It was looking forward to this project or serves its strategic interests.
