Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to assess the role of determinants of business practice in economic diversification and job creation in Algeria .In order to achieve this, we use both descriptive and analytical methods to describe and analyze the performance of these instruments on the basis of an annual seven-year database (ANSEJ) To fifteen years (the case of the ANDI agency).

The study shows the weakness of these bodies to create jobs and to achieve economic diversification especially in the services, and agriculture.

This is due to the lack of entrepreneurial culture among young people and the desire to invest in cities at the expense of rural areas and in sectors with rapid profitability
