There have been numerous studies related to the history of Islam in West Africa in recent years, and the range of issues and phenomena that these studies have dealt with has varied widely among them in curricula and premises, sources and documents.

However, the steady progress in the outcome of this field of knowledge in terms of quantity and quality is no longer an area of controversy.

However, the observer - like the writer of these lines - can only show some disadvantages to this scientific movement, including that the absolute abundance of what it produces does not reach the reader in Arabic, Arabic or otherwise.

It is assumed that this reader is the first concerned with it, and the people have the best chance of dialogue with it, a dialogue through which its results are enriched, or dealt with by review and amendment.
