The Mediterranean and North African region, to which Morocco belongs geographically, is characterized by several political and security developments that have made it a target for movements opposed to regional stability in the region, especially after the so-called Arab Spring, and by the terrorist organizations, which has led Morocco to accelerate the pace of security concerns, to face all the threats that hinder the profound transformations and reforms it knows in all areas, specifically in the field of security through the adoption of good security governance aimed at bringing about changes in security and development services.
