Undoubtedly the asset recovery of the corruption crimes criminal proceedings contributes in enhancing the economy of the countries, in particular the developing countries, taking into consideration that the latter are the most affected with the criminalized corruption phenomenon.

Despite the aforementioned, the reality reflects the fragility of the asset recovery system on the level of implementation.

This led us to emphasize on the significance of international cooperation in the field of recovering the criminal proceeds of corruption crimes in a way guarantee all forms and types of cooperation and support.

It will result to full control of the related legal regulations authority and to precede the people’s interest in the developing countries without considering the posturing political considerations
