This research paper examines and analyzes the referred-pro vision, as a measure aimed at providing quick treatment of conflicts of a financial nature that may arise between administration and private law persons, based on a comparative approach aimed at examining the substantive and procedural frameworks of this judiciary in the Algerian and French legal systems, in order to determine the most effective system in achieving the desired objectives of this procedure, and to identify deficiencies in our legal system to work towards reform.
