Small and medium size companies represent the main basis for both economic and social development, and also a new developing palliative adopted by many developed countries.

Algeria,as many other nations ,has realized the importance of such companies in the process of development , sustaining them effectively and insisting to reinforce their developing role ,especially under the current changing world.

This requires exploration of the earnestness of the Algerian legislator to promote such companies by the simplification of procedures to create limited liability companies.
