The realization of thought in the linguistic content chosen for the purposes of teaching and learning, or what is called in the language of teaching languages, has become inevitable and should not be overlooked.

The redefinition of the link between linguistic theory and "language learning" An accurate idea of the face of the language in question, both grammatically and numerically.

The idea that teaching a material is not very different from other educational materials is both a common and wrong idea: it can not be a matter that is not worthy of a special theory, otherwise it will be decided in the curriculum for a year or more Three years, with public education curricula, and that is not the case, of course.

It is the language that receives the greatest attention from teachers, learners, curriculum designers and educational program planners.

However, the presence of language in the prescribed texts must be subject to controls which must be taken into consideration when selecting linguistic content as a language model targeted at teaching and learning.

It is worth mentioning that specialists in the field of language education have unanimously agreed on the function of this model, which is the least possible to start with the selection of precise and rigorous scientific parameters; they are numerous and qualitative, and we refer here to the generalities, such as the need to modify the concepts selected within the field dedicated by the first Time (place, history, ideology ..).

And those conditions prevailing in the field where new concepts are re-established and under which the feasibility and value test are being tested.

As well as the compatibility of selected concepts with other concepts in the new field.

And it is important to consider the relevance of these controls and these parameters, especially with regard to the linguistic content reflective of the reality of the Arabic language is a subject we initiate the proposal for treatment in this article.
