The plant varieties is considered as afrorn of the new intellectual property that the ip agreements confirnied on the necessity to protect these varieties, based on the sayingthat creativity in the field of plant varieties represents in itself an intellectuality that gives to the plant variety breeders an intellectual property that should be protected froni abuse on one hand, and encourages the breeders to provide niore créations on the other hand.
