Abstract EN

The main purpose of this research is to study the financial developments during the first 10 years of Palcstinian Authority.

The processed information from ministry of financc will form the basic sourcc of the study.

I he research introduces the annual developments of public expenditures, during stud) period, the public expenditure raised by percentage of 178% .

for the revenues raised 69% during the two years of 95 % then it decreased to 10% in average during the period of 97-2000.

As a result, the deficit continuously increased.

Based on the main results of this study, the deficit of budget represents structural deficit directly related to structural deficiency of Palestinian economy .An potential increase of deficit is expected due to the financial expenditures in addition to large expenditures moreover administration efficiency.
