It reflects the natural flow of life and nature.
The world today is full of examples of fast changes in politics, science, technology, legislation and behavior.
Organizations are no exception to this changing reality, and there are mam factors that confirm the necessit> of change within the organization.
However, human nature has meant that change has been resisted b\ individuals.
Management leaders should value the process of change and adopt it.
if they are to guarantee an effective performance.
This is because organizational change has a large impact in the development of the organization through adaptation to the changing environment.
