Abstract EN

This study aims to identify how far does the “Algeria Telecom” corporation adopt strategic practices in its human resources management, by determining the actual strategic practices in managing its human resources, in addition to determining the correlation between its corporate strategy and its human resources strategy.

Accordingly, and in order to achieve this purpose, this study conducted a collecting primary data questionnaire.

A survey study was conducted by distributing on a convenient sample of (30) respondents.

And through a number of statistical analysis methods of the collected data.

(Such as descriptive statistics, Reliability test (Cronbach's alpha) ANOVA One Way and t-test for one sample), the researchers attained the following results: There are strategic practices of the Algeria Telecom towards its human resources.

In addition, there is a linking between the corporate strategy and its strategy of human resources.
