The concept of sustainable entrepreneurship derives from the areas of sustainable development, it is considered in a simple way as a spirit of entrepreneurial initiative, which makes, at the same time, entrepreneurial projects economically, socially and ecologically sustainable.

Far from the simplicity of the concept, the notion of sustainable entrepreneurship is more complex than that, because it links the spirit of the entrepreneurial initiative to creative values and responsibility for present and future generations, as well as the complementarity between wealth and economic prosperity, social cohesion, environmental protection and long-term sustainable interests.
