Abstract EN

The backward dissension of 1909 is considered on important and serious milling point in the history of the ottoman state It was set up by the members of the Assembly of the union and progress to dethrone the suttan Abdl Hameed the Second (1876-1909) .

The p:an was based on the idea of making opposition to the Assembly of th union and progress .

and this opposition would be the tool in making dissension.

with making all precautions that this opposition would never know about this plan.

This subject is of great importance since it made a change in the head of the ruling regime It also showed the palicy of the Unionists who were the mastermind of this dissension .and the role of the Jews and some foreign countries who suppoiteal this.

In order to uncover this movement .

we have to study the reasons that led to it .

and then to discuss the details of this dissension.
