The study aimed to inqurity The percepective of school principals about the Wrong recruitment of educational technology tools in classrooms.

The study use qualitative research methodology ،qualitative data was analyzed based on grounded theory approach.

To achieve this aim ،the semi-structured interview was prepared and contains of (5) questions.

The validity and reliability of the study instrument was checked.

The participants in the study was (10) faculty members.

The finding of the study showed that 50% of the study participants identified the concept of misperception of educational technology tools in classrooms as "the lack of optimal use of educational technology tools by teachers and students" ،and 100% of the study members attributed the reasons for the Wrong recruitment of educational technology in the classroom to "lack of training programs that are subject to the teacher ،which is attributed to the lack of conviction of some teachers using the technology of education and their desire to use the traditional method of teaching ،and 60% On the misuse of the tools of educational technology is "material effects becauseof the high cost of maintenance and equipment and extensions ،and 100% of the principals of schools confirmed the existence of a difference in the employment of technology education in the classroom between private school and public school (government school) for the benefit of private school.

On the other hand ،some recommendations have been proposed ،the most important of which is the provision of training programs on special education technology for managers and teachers ،the provision of classroom rooms with the tools and tools necessary to activate education technology in a proper manner ،encouraging the teacher and motivating the advance planning of computerized quotas and the use of educational technology To achieve the desired educational goals ،work on controls on banned sites.
