Abstract EN

The study aims to demonstrate the reality of organizational culture and its relationship to medical waste management, from the perspective of medical healing workers, and has relied on the analytical descriptive approach, where the whole school community is composed of all workers.

The study tool was distributed to a simple random sample formed from.)113( The results of the study showed that the level of organizational culture in the medical healing compound was high with relative weight ((%77.10), that after policies and procedures came first with relative weight ( 82.26%), followed by relative weight (79.24%), followed by relative weight (78.26%), and finally after organizational beliefs with relative weight (#69.52%).

The level of medical waste management in the medical healing compound was found to have been high with a relative weight (76.26%).

A statistically significant correlation between organizational culture and management of medical waste has been found in the Medical healing Complex.

The correlation coefficient was (%70.10, which was high.

There were also no statistically significant differences between the sample response averages of the study sample on the relationship between organizational culture and medical waste management due to variables: Gender, Age, years of service.

The study also recommended that humanitarian relations between management and workers should be strengthened ,however laws should be established to grant incentives and rewards, moreover workers should be involved in administrative decision-making, internal controls should be enforced to identify and promote deviations in medical waste management and the design of ventilation and child-free waste collection sites.
