The objective of this study is to examine the constraints of the job evaluation process for individuals working in the organization, in addition to the components and performance determinants and factors affecting them, and the difficulties and errors in the performance evaluations, because the process of evaluating performance is a process of overlapping dimensions.

In particular, this study is intended to shed light on the importance of assessing the functioning of the organization and identifying the obstacles that prevent its achievement.
