Abstract EN

This study dealt with the development of Algerian economic public institutions, with the aim of studying the most important strategies that adopt since independence to the present day under the principles of adult governance, and this through the most important stages that have passed.

After reviewing the most important stages of economic institutions in Algeria, he presented a set of concepts on adult governance and the most important principles to be adopted.

The results showed that the lack of governance of the economic public enterprise is the result of the mismanagement of the national economy in general and the public enterprise in particular.
