Linguistics first appeared in ancient times among Ar, as they were far ahead from the West in this aspect, as we find interest from great Arab pioneers such as Al khaleel and Ibn Jani.

Linguistics is the study of human languages and their characteristics, structures and the degrees of similarity and contrast between them.

Linguistics is divided into four levels: phonology, syntax, semantics and pragmatics, and the latter is the subject of our research.

Semantics is one of the levels of the Arabic language, which means: “studying the meaning or the science which studies the meaning”.
