Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to identify the information services in the Sudan Open University via smart phones from the point of view of employees.

One of the objectives of this study is to assess the extent to which the Open University of Sudan library has benefited from the applications of smart phones in the provision of services.

The importance of the study is to develop solutions and proposals.

The study of the case study was applied in this study and was based on data collection on questionnaire, observation and researcher experience.

By answering the study's questions, it reached the most important results, which were the weakness of the service requirements via smart phones.

The study reached a set of recommendations and proposals to enhance the concept of library information services ه through smart phones
