The aim of the current project is to determine the second grade of the book of science - the second part in the light of the understanding quality standards in its main aspects (book output, objectives, scientific content, assessment methods).

In order to fulfill this goal, the researcher provides a list of areas and criteria of the overall quality that must be provided in the book of science for the second intermediate grade - Part II, I of to be a tool for research.

Each standard a number of indicators.

The instrument's reliability and stability were verified in the usual ways.

The research community and its sample of the book of science for the second intermediate class - the second part, which consists of three units in ( ) pages.

The book's output, analysis of the book's objectives, analysis of the book's scientific content, and analysis of the book's evaluation methods were analyzed in light of the proposed comprehensive quality areas and standards.

In order to answer the project questions, the investigator used the following statistical methods: Holistic equation and the weighted average in order that know the extent of achievement of the total quality areas in the book of science for the second intermediate class .

This research for the book of science for the second intermediate class reached ( ) a medium degree of achievement, where the quality of the methods of evaluation in the first place, and the quality of the quality of the output of the book ranked second and the quality of scientific content ranked third, In the light of the outcomes of the research, the researcher recommended several recommendations and proposals, including the need to reformulate the objectives of the science book for the second intermediate grade - the second part better than it is now and also strengthen some aspects in the scientific content of the book and review the design of the book cover, Conducting an evaluation study for science textbooks for the primary stage to determine the extent to which they guarantee the overall quality standards.

As well as conduct a study to find out the obstacles to the application of the science book for the second class average from the viewpoint of teachers and supervisors jurisdiction.
