Abstract EN

I have come to know the poet, Farwa bin Musaik Al-Muradi via his verse: Tell those who gloat us, wake up gloaters will see what we 've seenLexicalized as a proverb among people, this verse is one verse of a whole poem, produced by the poet in the warfare day (Alrazm day), one of the well-known Arab warship days during the pre-Islamic period.

Some other verses of the same poem were documented as examples to illustrate syntactic patterns in traditional grammar books of Arabic.

The poem captured intense focus, more specifically, when recited by Imam Hussain (Pbuh) during the day of Karbala in (61 AH), depicting his circumstantial oddities which closely resemble the manner of Farwa bin Musaik Al-Muradi in (Alrazm day)It seems-as I might speculate, the poetic and historical characteristics wasn't suffice to enunciate the mention of Farwa bin Musaik (died in 30 AH) of what he deserves of documenting his biography and legacy, as one of Mukhadhram poets and the Prophet's companion.

No volume was dedicated to serve this cause.

Farwa, the poet, died in Yamen in 30 AH.
