Abstract EN

This study aims to identify innovative leadership practices and their impact on achieving organizational entrepreneurship from al-Quds Bank employees’ perspectives in the Gaza Strip.

The study used the descriptive analytical approach by developing a questionnaire that consists of six main dimensions to measure innovative leadership practices and the level of organizational entrepreneurship.

The questionnaire was distributed to a random sample of 64 employees who were selected from 106 employees in the Gaza Strip.

A total of 55 responses were retrieved with a recovery rate that amounted to 85% .

The questionnaire was analyzed and the hypothesis of the study was tested using the Statistical Packages Program (SPSS).

Consequently, the results showed that the reality of innovative leadership with its dimensions innovative thinking and planning, and communication in an innovative manner, problem solving and decisions making in an innovative manner was highly appreciated with a mean of 4.08.

Furthermore, the results showed that organizational Entrepreneurship in its dimensions (proactive, competitive, risk) obtained a high estimation with mean of 3.85.

The results also showed a statistically significant effect at the level of a ≤ 0.05 for innovative leadership in achieving organizational entrepreneurship in al-Quds Bank.

The study recommends the management of al-Quds Bank to maintain and improve the reality of innovative leadership and organizational entrepreneurship through the continuous development of innovative leadership skills and practices, and through initiatives and implementing innovative banking services.

In addition to superior competitors in seizing market opportunities, and boldness in working within an acceptable level of banking risk.
